Your new role
You will manage and develop digital communication platforms to strengthen community engagement and service delivery. You will partner with internal teams and external suppliers to maintain brand integrity, accessibility, and performance across online channels.
Key responsibilities include:
* Manage and update the corporate website using a CMS
* Coordinate website hosting, supplier management, and a new website rollout
* Improve user experience, accessibility, and functionality
* Provide website performance and analytics reporting
* Manage corporate social media channels and content scheduling
* Moderate engagement and coordinate responses
* Develop targeted digital and social media campaigns
* Produce and distribute monthly e-newsletters
* Track and report on engagement and readership metrics
* Coordinate video and photography for digital use
* Support public comment and tender advertising processes
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience in a similar communications or digital role
* Strong website content and CMS experience
* Knowledge of web design principles, HTML, and content writing
* Experience with social media platforms and analytics
* Sound understanding of graphic design principles
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
