Job Description
The organisation is seeking a highly skilled Risk and Compliance Manager to lead the development and implementation of risk management systems and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining and enhancing the organisation's enterprise-wide risk management system in alignment with international standards. They will also provide specialist advice and guidance to business units on risk management practices and procedures.
In addition, the Risk and Compliance Manager will facilitate annual reviews of risk appetite statements and quarterly strategic risk assessments for executive leadership and board oversight. They will also oversee fraud and corruption risk registers and develop awareness training programs.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in enterprise-wide risk assessment frameworks, preferably gained within regulated environments. They will possess deep knowledge of international standards governing risk management and compliance, as well as hands-on involvement with quality assurance certifications.
