About the role
We are seeking a CRO Strategist to join our specialised CX & Digital team and help drive conversion optimisation across key APAC markets. Reporting to the Web Innovation & Performance Manager, this role will lead the planning, execution and reporting of CRO initiatives across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Hong Kong. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, designers, developers, analytics specialists and external partners to identify opportunities, test new ideas and improve digital customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop CRO strategies that support annual digital targets and improve website performance.
* Plan and run CRO tests, including A/B testing, A/Bn testing, personalisation and funnel testing.
* Analyse Google Analytics data to identify conversion opportunities and reduce exit rates.
* Build clear hypotheses and work with UX/UI teams to test improved customer experiences.
* Partner with stakeholders across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Hong Kong to share insights and scale successful tests.
* Manage the CRO test framework, calendar, test journal, live tracker and key documentation.
* Brief designers and developers on test requirements and ensure tests are set up correctly.
* QA test builds and ensure data is flowing accurately before and during testing.
* Collate test results and prepare clear reports that translate data into actionable insights.
* Host monthly showcase meetings to share CRO progress across markets.
* Champion CRO best practice across the business and broader Inchcape network.
About you
You are a data‐led digital specialist with strong experience in conversion optimisation, web analytics and customer journey improvement. You are comfortable managing multiple projects at once and can work with technical and non‐technical stakeholders to turn insights into practical test plans. You enjoy looking at customer behaviour, identifying friction points and using data to shape better digital experiences. You are detail‐oriented, organised and confident working autonomously while knowing when to bring others in for support. To be successful, you will have:
* Expertise in Google Analytics (not essential).
* Experience developing and managing CRO strategies or optimisation programs.
* Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and digital customer journeys.
* Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across markets.
* High attention to detail, especially when reviewing tests, data and reporting.
* Experience with CRO platforms such as Optimizely, Kameleoon or AB Tasty will be highly regarded.
* Experience using Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence will be advantageous.
* Flexibility to work across APAC time zones, including Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Hong Kong.
