The Role
As a Case Manager in Geelong, you will make a positive impact on someone's life daily. You will guide and support people through recovery journeys, delivering exceptional service and helping injured workers return to health and work safely.
Your Responsibilities
* Manage workers compensation claims across Medical Management, RTW, and Maximising Capacity teams
* Demonstrate a service-oriented approach with early intervention and worker interests
* Implement active and timely strategies for recovery and return to work outcomes
* Provide workers compensation advice to stakeholders
* Assist with claim processes and engage support services as needed
* Collaborate with the team and relevant authorities for positive outcomes
About You
* You have customer service experience in medical, hospitality, retail, or corporate fields
* You pride yourself on giving exceptional service to customers
* Thrive in team environments and collaborate with others
* Be proactive, self-motivated, and able to think on your feet when engaging stakeholders
* Have excellent time management and be organised
* Have a passion for helping others and managing challenging situations
