Retail Operations Manager Sydney – Eastern Suburbs $100,000 – $120,000 Super About the Role We are seeking a hands-on Retail Operations Manager to lead a flagship Double Bay bakery while laying the foundations for future multi-site growth across NSW. This is a pivotal leadership role with oversight across front of house and back of house operations, working closely with our executive and head chefs who manage production. Initially, the role is highly operational and store-focused, evolving into a broader multi-site operations leadership position as new bakeries open. You will report directly to the Head of Retail and act as a trusted, autonomous leader on the ground in Sydney.
