Remuneration

$43.03 – $54.63 per hour + Super + NFP Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowance


Overview

We're looking for someone who wants to build meaningful relationships and make a difference in the lives of others – through small moments that leave big impacts. As a Registered Nurse you'll be an integral part of our big‑hearted BlueCare team and will be encouraged to grow and feel empowered to make the everyday easier for the people we care so passionately about.


Responsibilities

* Provide person‑centred care to residents, using clinical skills to improve their quality of life and ensure safety;
* Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope;
* Consider physical, social and psychological requirements;
* Create and update care plans to reflect developing needs;
* Ensure clinical quality compliance standards are met;
* Work collaboratively with other multi‑disciplinary team members;
* Spend most of the day on the road, completing scheduled community visits.


Qualifications

* Excellent communication and clinical problem‑solving skills;
* Confidence in managing time effectively, including the ability to work autonomously;
* General nursing experience post‑registration;
* Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements.
