Air Conditioning/Refrigeration Mechanic Supervisor
Our client is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Mechanic Supervisor to join their team based in Wangara. This well-established Perth-based business delivers high-quality HVAC and refrigeration services across commercial, industrial and residential projects, with a strong focus on safety, workmanship and team culture.
This is a full-time permanent opportunity offering a company vehicle, on-site parking and a close-knit team environment. This role suits a trade-qualified HVAC professional with strong technical experience who is ready to step into a leadership position while remaining hands-on.
What you'll be doing:
* Supervising technicians and apprentices across multiple sites
* Installation, servicing and fault-finding on HVAC and refrigeration systems
* Diagnosing and repairing system components including compressors, motors and condensers
* Reading and interpreting drawings and specifications
* Testing, commissioning, leak testing and refrigerant handling
* Liaising with customers, builders and project managers
* Ensuring WHS compliance and quality workmanship
* Completing service reports and job documentation
* Supporting apprentice training and development
What you'll need:
* Experience with ducted, split system and VRV/VRF systems
* Previous supervisory experience
* Manual Driver's Licence
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
* Ability to read technical drawings
* Strong WHS knowledge and safety focus
* Good communication and leadership skills
* Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities
