Working closely with internal teams and external consultants, you'll ensure projects progress efficiently, risks are managed, and commercial outcomes are optimised.
This is a hands-on opportunity to shape projects and contribute to a growing pipeline in a high-performing, supportive team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead development projects from due diligence and feasibility through to approvals, delivery, and settlementsPrepare and maintain project feasibilities, budgets, and programsDrive DA, CC, and subdivision approvals, liaising with authorities and stakeholdersCoordinate consultant teams, contractors, and internal teams to achieve project milestonesSupport acquisitions with analysis, risk assessment, and investment recommendationsManage commercial outcomes including revenue, costs, contracts, and funding requirementsReport to leadership on progress, risks, opportunities, and key decisionsAbout You3–5+ years' experience in property development, ideally including land or residential projectsStrong commercial acumen and experience managing feasibilities, budgets, and planning pathwaysProven ability to lead consultant teams and liaise with authorities and stakeholdersSolutions-focused, organised, and ready to take ownership of projectsTertiary qualifications in Property, Construction, or related discipline preferredWhy Join?
