The role
We currently have an opportunity for a Concrete Plant Operator to join our Toowoomba team.

This is a permanent full time position, working Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
* Represent the Hy-Tec brand and provide excellent customer service whilst taking orders and finalising sales
* Schedule rostering and truck movements for the region
* Batch concrete to specific mix designs
* Complete daily audits
* Management of raw material stock levels
* Perform general plant maintenance
* General laboring & yard duties
What you will need to succeed
* Ability to prioritise work effectively in an environment of constant change
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work as part of a small team and provide positive customer service
* Be organized, with an ability to self-manage work and show a can-do attitude in a busy environment
* Demonstrate a commitment to safety
* Confident when working with computers
