About the Role
As a Seasonal Team Coordinator, you will be responsible for the supervision and coordination of a team of seasonal workers scheduled for specific tasks across MFM farms in the Bundaberg Region. This includes responsibility for initial training, onboarding, timesheet approvals, and managing the team’s work schedule across multiple farm locations.
The successful candidate will offer clear direction, mentoring, and support to seasonal employees, fostering a positive and productive workplace aligned with MFM’s values. The role plays a vital part in improving operational efficiency and productivity while maintaining high standards of work and team engagement.
What We're Looking For:
* Current Driver's Licence.
* Proven experience in farming operations – including chemical handling/application, machinery operation, irrigation systems, and team coordination.
* Knowledge of farm software/apps, record-keeping, ordering/invoicing, and time/attendance systems.
* Strong leadership and communication skills with a positive, adaptable, \"can-do\" attitude.
* Mechanical aptitude and commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
