* Lead and coach property claims teams across multiple locations to deliver high-quality customer outcomes and efficient claims processing.
* Ensure ongoing regulatory and internal policy compliance across all operations.
* Apply data‐driven decision making to improve claims outcomes, process efficiency, and performance metrics.
* Manage stakeholder relationships, including internal partners and external vendors, to support claims operations.
Qualifications
* Proven leadership experience in the insurance sector with a focus on property claims.
* Strong ability to leverage data to inform decisions and drive improvements.
