Examinations Management team (Academic Services) – Full‐time fixed‐term position until 31st May 2029. Base salary: $104,616 – $113,920 + 17% superannuation (HEW Level 7). Based at our Vibrant St Lucia Campus.

About You
* Proven experience driving process improvement or system implementation projects in dynamic environments, delivering practical, scalable outcomes
* Strong capability in mapping and redesigning workflows to remove inefficiencies and create smoother, more effective operations
* Confident project coordination skills, including planning, stakeholder engagement, tracking milestones, and delivering clear reporting
* Excellent communicator with the ability to translate complex information into clear documentation, guidance, and stakeholder‐ready materials
* Skilled relationship builder who can engage, influence, and collaborate effectively across diverse teams and competing priorities
* Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail, supported by experience in change management and an understanding of accessibility and disability‐related compliance in assessment contexts
