Vitalis Health is expanding and we're on the lookout for passionate and experienced Carers, Enrolled Nurses, and Registered Nurses to join our growing team delivering compassionate, one-on-one care in the homes of our clients across Sydney.

You'll be backed by a dedicated team, including Clinical Nurse Educators, specialist paediatric and complex care support, and 24/7 on-call clinical assistance because at Vitalis, we take care of our team as much as we take care of our clients.
About the Role
As part of our close-knit full-time and casual pool, your days will be varied and rewarding as you:
Deliver high-quality clinical care in a one-on-one home setting
Support clients with everything from personal care to complex clinical interventions
Work collaboratively with families to help clients achieve their lifestyle and health goals
Enjoy the flexibility of a rotating roster with day, evening, and active overnight shifts to suit your schedule
Your Care Might Include
Tracheostomy management
PEG/Enteral feeding
Central line care & TPN management
Complex medication administration
O2 therapy and suctioning
Bowel care and manual handling
Daily living support like hygiene, mobility, and feeding

What You'll Need
Current AHPRA Registration (for ENs and RNs)
Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Disability, or Individual Support (for Carers)
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working with Children Check
Current CPR Certificate
Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle (travel around the Sydney metro region is part of the role)
Right to work in Australia
Availability for a flexible rotating roster
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience in paediatric or complex community care
Experience working with ventilated patients
