Job Description
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a demonstrated ability to produce high-quality reports, briefs, and corporate documents.
Proven ability to translate complex, technical, or operational detail into clear, logical, and persuasive narratives for a variety of audiences.
Confidence in engaging with senior staff and subject matter experts to seek clarity, negotiate content, and provide advice.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with proven ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with a commitment to producing well-researched and evidence-based work.
Demonstrated ability to understand the link between program activities and strategic objectives.
Analytical mindset, with ability to synthesise information from various sources to form a coherent and insightful picture of program performance.
Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to build trust and rapport with program delivery teams and technical experts.
Collaborative and flexible approach, with ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
Experience with writing in a government context is desirable.
Experience with PowerBI is desirable.
