Talent Acquisition Advisor – APAC
We are seeking a highly organised and self-driven Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our APAC team. As part of our Global TA group, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process from vacancy inception to final offer stage.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drafting job advertisements and reviewing/shortlisting applications.
* Screening calls with potential candidates.
* Reaching out to candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter to drive proactive recruitment.
* Detailed reference checking.
* Contract drafting and review.
We value recruiters who love recruiting and see further growth as a Talent Acquisition specialist for their future. We have flexibility for this role to be based out of one of our Australian offices with a preference for either Melbourne or Perth.
Requirements:
* University qualifications (bachelor's degree or higher) in Human Resources, Business/Communications, or a related field.
* 1-3 years' full-service recruitment experience from agency or in-house within the Science or Engineering sector and preferably within a consulting environment.
* Experience reaching out to candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter.
* Able to earn respect and confidence of colleagues and managers and take initiative on tasks and working towards more autonomy within the team.
* Competent user of Microsoft Office Suite and a range of HR Information Systems.
