This project involves the delivery of high-end apartments with premium finishes, requiring a professional who can manage quality and detail to the highest standard.
Base pay range
A$150,******/yr - A$170,******/yr
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all on-site activities from structural works through to finishes
Coordinate and manage a small site team, including a leading hand and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and program requirements
Liaise with the Project Manager and Contracts Administrator to maintain a smooth workflow
Manage site logistics and sequencing for PT reinforcement slabs and structural elements
Requirements
Strong structural background with exposure to PT reinforcement slabs
Ability to manage high-end finishes and maintain exceptional quality standards
Excellent communication and leadership skills
