The Role
We are looking for a professional individual to step into the role of Sales Associate/Executive Assistant to Mark Forde located in our South Coast office in Hayborough. The successful candidate will help ensure the smooth running of the team's operation, as well as supporting the team with listing and selling property along the South Coast.

What Your Day Will Look Like

* Assisting with daily prospecting, attending open inspections, management of listings and sales
* Database management and calling through the database to create appraisal leads
* Administration tasks such as diary management, vendor and buyer communication, and project management
* Meeting individual and team KPI's and budgets
* Exceptional customer service and client management
* Supporting the sales and settlement process

Who You Are
We are looking for someone with:

* Experience in real estate (desirable) with a current Real Estate Licence
* Experience with CRM systems (such as Agent Box)
* Outstanding communication skills, with a strong customer service focus and the ability to build lasting relationships
* Highly developed attention to detail
* Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a high-pressure work environment
* An initiative driven mindset and ability to work independently
* Strong ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively, with a sharp eye for detail
* Strong technology skills and ability to adapt to a variety of systems
