Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership and People Management: Foster strong relationships with franchisees, stores, and partners based on trust and mutual accountability.
* Business Management: Lead regular business reviews to ensure successful performance of all stores within your region, utilizing marketing tools to drive sales while ensuring compliance with regulations.
* Operations & Training: Demonstrate ownership and accountability by observing store operations, providing feedback, and taking action in critical situations. Develop and manage training programs to provide exceptional customer experiences.
* Franchising: Ensure all franchised stores comply with franchise rules and regulations, following our marketing plan and core values.
* Financial Management: Analyze P&Ls, business reviews, sales mix, competitor analysis, and financial reports to develop action plans to maximize results.
Requirements:
* 2+ years' experience in retail store management in a fast-paced high volume environment
* 2+ years' experience in franchising
* Strong budget management and retail analysis skills
* P&L responsibility including inventory management
* Strong people management and supervisory skills and experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organized, energetic, team-oriented individual
