An exciting opportunity for an Executive Manager – Warehouse Operations has become available within the Jandakot Region of ALDI Stores. This is a permanent full-time position.
You will work in a fast-paced environment, leading a team largely responsible for managing delivery route optimisation, space management, asset management and maintaining compliance with a strong focus on safety.
Responsibilities
Lead, mentor and empower warehouse teams through recruitment, development, training, performance management and scheduling.
Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including inventory, receiving and dispatch activities.
Plan and manage logistics, warehouse and transport to meet service, safety and cost outcomes.
Maintain best-practice standards of compliance, safety and cleanliness across the site.
Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across people, process and safety initiatives.
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience, ideally within a warehouse or operational environment.
