Executive Chef
As a skilled Executive Chef, you will lead our culinary team to provide top-quality dining experiences for residents.
You will work closely with the Lifestyle team to ensure all events and activities are perfectly planned and executed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the kitchen with precision and attention to detail.
* Collaborate with the lifestyle team to plan and execute events.
* Ensure resident dietary needs are met with creative and delicious menu options.
* Oversee food preparation, storage, and handling to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
* Implement effective infection control principles and practices.
Requirements:
* Certificate in Commercial Cookery or equivalent is essential.
* Aged Care/Hospitality experience preferred.
* Ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Executive Chef or similar role.
* Effective time management, organisational skills, and leadership abilities.
* Strong interpersonal skills and customer service focus.
