Job Description
We are seeking individuals with a professional background inOccupational Therapyinterested in working in the Occupational Rehabilitation sectorand being part of our tight knit team in Morwell, Victoria. You'll be joining a high performing multidisciplinary team in Morwell that genuinely supports one another. In this diverse role as a Rehabilitation Consultant, youwill enjoy the flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day. You willhavethe support of a strong, close team of driven and energetic healthcare professionals with the backing and resources of a global corporate infrastructure. Providing occupational rehabilitation services to clients with a range of conditions, both physical and psychological and supporting them to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes.
Some of your day to day includes:
* Case management (caseloads are manageable, and our consultants have the support of Rehabilitation Assistants toalleviate administrative tasks)
* Applying your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes
* Working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs
* Working collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals
* Completinga variety of assessments using your clinical and discipline specific allied health skills, such as Functional Capacity Evaluations,Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments.
* Deliver our innovative virtual reality pain education program, Re-thinking Recovery

Qualifications
Our new team member will have:
* A qualification in Occupational Therapy
* Registration withAustralian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* Strong communication skills to build and develop relationships
* Excellent time management skills - be ableto work autonomously as well as within a team environment
* A desire to problem solve with the confidence to be innovative, use their initiativeand achieve results
* A passion for injury prevention, return to work, and the associated health benefits
* Energy and drive to grow our services
* A current drivers'license and access to their own vehicle
