* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless customer experience.
* Schedule and supervise staff, including Food and Beverage Attendants.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen and dining areas.
* Monitor cash handling and stock levels, maintaining accurate records.

Requirements
* Fitness for Duty:
* A valid RSA certification is mandatory for this role.
* The ideal candidate will have 5-star hotel experience as a Supervisor/Manager in a food service field.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Able to work flexibly, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
