We're on the hunt for a dynamic Sales Administrator to join their modern Keysborough HQ. In this varied, hands-on role, you'll be the go-to person for showroom enquiries, freight coordination, and internal sales operations, while working closely with the General Manager and Operations team.

What's in it for you?
* $60,000 - $70,000 + Super

What do you do?
* Manage internal sales leads from enquiry through to delivery
* Maintain and update the CRM system (Odu)
* Coordinate freight and logistics
* Support online sales and internal systems (training provided)
* Provide general administrative support, including reporting on sales, revenue, and pipeline
* Work within a supportive, close-knit team environment
* Apply versatility in sales strategy to support business growth
What do you need?
* Customer Service or Sales experience in a similar industry (highly preferable)
* Experience in Microsoft Suite an Odu (not essential)
* Positive and down-to-earth nature
* Comfortable handling customer service and general sales tasks
* Work well in a small, supportive team environment
* Outstanding communication skills and the ability to multitask
