My client is a world leader in gases, technologies, and services for industry and health, and is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused qualified. 
Responsibilities 
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails professionally 
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and empathetically 
- Provide accurate information about products and services 
- Maintain customer records and update internal databases 
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction 
Your Profile 
- 1-2 years experience in call centre/office environment 
- Excellent verbal and written communication 
- Passion to grow within a company 
- Willingness to learn 
- Hard working 
- Team Player 
Benefits / Details 
- 5 days sick leave as a casual and 2 weeks annual leave as a casual 
- Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:30pm, (flexible) 
- Hybrid position 
- $35.80 per hour 
- 40% working from home
