Leasing Legal Assistant
The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Leasing Legal Assistant to support our Senior Lawyer.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Dealing with clients, other Solicitors;
* Preparation of leasing documentation and correspondence;
* Online searches;
* Dictations;
* Diary and email management and organizing meetings;
* Drafting correspondence and legal documentation;
* Registration of documents;
* Billing and general administration duties.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 2 years Leasing or Commercial Property Legal Assistant experience;
* Strong communication and organizational skills;
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
