As a Community Sales Representative, you will play a key role in creating meaningful moments and enjoying the laid-back charm of beachside living.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outgoing calls to connect with potential residents and follow up on leads.
* Support colleagues with tasks, meetings, and updates.
* Maintain display homes and the sales office to ensure they are warm and welcoming.
* Stay organised in our CRM system to track every interaction and follow-up.
* Prepare brochure packs and lend a hand with community events.
Requirements:
* Previous sales experience and a love for being on the phone.
* Confident with technology, especially Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* A natural people person who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
* Professional, proactive, and polished with strong communication and listening skills.
* A current C-class driver's license.
