We are seeking skilled labourers with experience in either earthworks, road building, subdivisions, drainage, pipeworks and/or minor structures. Our projects are long term and we require people who are seeking consistent work and are invested in their own development.
You will be working on an over 55's estate in Parkhurst, alongside an experienced team with opportunities to upskill with qualifications and tickets.
For the right candidate, there is also an opportunity to step up into a Leading Hand role, offering a clear pathway for career progression within the team.
About the role:
* preparing worksites
* spotting machinery
* concreting
* Trenching
* Backfilling
* fencing
* Read and interpret plans
* Basic power tools and plant operation
* heavy lifting
About you
* Previous manual outdoor labouring or civil labouring experience (highly regarded)
* Willing to perform manual handling duties, including repetitive tasks involving moderate to heavy lifting and reaching.
* Available to work Monday to Friday 06.30am - 5:00pm with Saturdays, as required
* Hold a current driver licence with reliable transport
* White card
* relevant Mobile Plant Tickets with demonstrated experience (Highly regarded)
