About the Role
* Asking questions to further understand the needs of customers to provide a tailored solution to their inquiries either face to face, over the phone, or via email.
* Responding to enquiries from builders, stonemasons, and tradespeople about tools and equipment, order status, stock availability, and other related enquiries.
* Supporting the external sales consultants and account managers by providing them with appropriate information.
* Ensuring the tools and equipment showroom is immaculately presented at all times, including restocking items and tidying.
* Completing customer orders by confirming the details of the order ensuring accuracy, then liaising with the courier or external salesperson to arrange delivery.
