Job Title: Water Systems Specialist
A Water Systems Specialist conducts environmental monitoring of surface and groundwater systems.
* Collects, analyses and reports streamflow and water quality data.
* Installs and maintains hydrometric stations and instrumentation.
* Performs site surveys, discharge measurements, and cross-sectional profiling using ADV's and ADCP's.
* Manages data using platforms such as HYDSTRA, ESDAT, and Campbells.
* Maintains high data quality standards and ensures compliance with occupational health and safety protocols.
Requirements:
To be successful, you will have the following skills:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hydrological software applications.
* Experience in using SDI-12 and 4–20mA instrumentation equipment.
* Excellent communication and time management skills, with a strong desire to travel.
* Certification in First Aid is desirable, along with holding a White/Red Card.
