The Role
We are seeking a Cook (Grade 2 Level 3 standard) or Qualified Chef for a full‐time position within our kitchen team.
This role requires flexibility and commitment to a hospitality roster, including:
* Split shifts
* Rotating roster arrangements
* Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and quality standards
* Maintain high presentation and consistency across all services
* Work efficiently in a fast‐paced lunch and dinner environment
* Uphold food safety and hygiene standards
* Assist with prep, stock control and daily kitchen organisation
* Support seasonal and feature menu development
* Experience cooking in a busy pub, bistro or restaurant environment
* Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
* Ability to work split shifts and weekends on a rotating roster
* Reliable, team‐focused and able to perform under pressure
* A genuine passion for hospitality and quality food
