About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to take up the position of Global Remuneration Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct annual reviews of salary scales across multiple overseas locations, applying market intelligence and addressing complex location challenges.
* Maintain and enhance an Excel-based remuneration analysis model, ensuring data accuracy and usability.
* Manage and centralise data inputs, document methodologies, and coordinate data sharing arrangements.
* Sources high-quality remuneration data from external suppliers and integrate it into comparative analyses.
* Collaborate with overseas staff to incorporate local context into decisions and provide strategic advice.
* Manage annual data surveys across locations to ensure timely and accurate collection.
* Offer professional advice on remuneration strategy, conduct quality assurance reviews, and manage risks related to data integrity.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Advanced proficiency in human resources, accounting, Excel, and data analysis.
* Ability to conduct complex remuneration reviews and apply actuarial data effectively.
* Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with staff and external providers.
