Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for risk, compliance, and continuous improvement? Our Client is looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Administration Representative to join their team.
What You\'ll Be Doing
- As a Senior Administration Representative you\'ll play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing integrated management systems and supporting effective risk management across all departments. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Strategic & Corporate Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis to support informed risk and compliance decisions.
- Perform internal audits aligned with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- Provide detailed reports, audit recommendations, and improvement plans.
- Maintain and manage internal risk-related content.
Risk & Claims Management
- Manage a range of incidents and claims, including public liability, professional indemnity, and motor vehicle claims.
- Liaise with relevant departments to investigate incidents and manage related documentation.
- Support the use and administration of software.
- Prepare and present risk data to the Corporate Risk Management Committee and Executive Leadership Team.
- Assist with the collection of insurance renewal data.
General & Project Support
- Draft correspondence, reports, and statistical summaries.
- Participate in project teams and, where appropriate, coordinate and implement project outcomes.
- Provide advice and assistance on the application of risk and integrated management systems across all departments.
What You'll Bring
- Diploma in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Skills & Experience
- Solid experience in a similar risk management or compliance role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- In-depth understanding of risk management frameworks, auditing, and standards.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct internal audits and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent research and analytical skills, with strong written communication.
- High-level proficiency in MS Office, data systems, content management tools, and statistical reporting.
- Experience in project planning and implementation.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Demonstrated integrity, qualified ethics, and a commitment to public service values.
