Are you an experienced Financial Analyst looking to take the next step in your career? A globally recognised FMCG brand is seeking a skilled professional to join their team in a permanent role based in Sydneys Upper North Shore. Reporting directly to the CFO, this position plays a key role in supporting strategic growth and commercial decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse, forecast, and report across all areas of the P&L;, including Sales (Gross to Net Net), COGS, marketing investments, and overheads
- Provide recommendations for margin improvement and guide investment decisions, including product and customer profitability, price corridors, customer deductions, and Sales and Marketing spend
- Develop systems, processes, and reporting to support Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams
- Lead the submission of Latest Business Estimate and the Annual 3-year Budget
- Manage and lead ad hoc projects with a Finance and Strategic focus
- Perform other tasks as required in line with the role
About You:
- Minimum 5 years of professional or commercial experience, ideally within the FMCG sector
- Proven business partnership skills
- Self-motivated and hands-on team player
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Advanced Excel skills
- Solid IT and report writing capabilities, SAP experience preferred
- Project management skills essential
