The Position:
Support daily food preparation, cooking, and plating across both standard menus and daily specials
Deliver outstanding customer service and confidently operate the point-of-sale system
Must have reliable transport, as the location is not serviced by public transport
Use digital platforms for ordering and kitchen operations – strong tech skills essential
Take on a hands-on, versatile role ideal for someone with a solid culinary background
Work independently in a satellite kitchen, maintaining high standards and consistent service daily
The Person:
Proven experience working in a satellite or independently-run kitchen environment
Genuine passion for food quality, presentation, and delivering outstanding service
Solid understanding and adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations
Confident in using POS systems and engaging with customers to provide a great experience
Comfortable with digital systems, including stock ordering and kitchen management tools
A proactive, hands-on team player who thrives in a supportive and cooperative kitchen culture
