The Role You will be the calm within the excitement. As Supervisor, you are the bridge between management and the floor team.
* Lead the Shift: Supervise service execution during high-energy shifts, delegating tasks to ensure the floor runs like clockwork.
* Support the Manager: Assist the Restaurant Manager with admin, compliance, and reporting duties.
* Process & Policy: Open and close the venue strictly following safety processes.
* Team Mentor: Train the team to handle the unique demands of our service.
* Hands-On Hospitality: This is not a desk job. You will be on the floor, setting the example for service.
About You
* 2+ years experience as a supervisor in a busy pub or restaurant.
* You love a buzzing atmosphere—loud music and happy crowds energize you.
* You are a natural leader who can delegate effectively without losing your smile.
