About the role:
Reporting to the Brand Manager, this role supports the business in the development and implementation of the marketing strategy, communication activities, annual calendar and marketing budget.
Your roles and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Support the team to develop, implement an execute the marketing strategy, communication activities and annual calendar/marketing budget.
* Create engaging content for organic social platforms to grow community reach and drive engagement.
* Champion social community management-responding, interacting, and fostering conversations to build brand loyalty.
* Assist in the development and execution of the content strategy across established and emerging channels.
* Manage and run various events and activations to build brand awareness and engagement.
* Use customer segmentation to inform and execute the email program.
About you:
* 2-4 years marketing experience
* Highly organised and comfortable with collaboration across various stakeholder groups.
* Experience writing brand copy, creative graphic work and reporting.
* Ability to establish strong relationships and work collaboratively
* A 'can do' attitude with the ability to multi-task
* Ambitious personality with the hunger to learn and enjoy the experience of a diverse role
* Exposure to the full marketing mix, preferably in Retail, FMCG, Hardware or Automotive.
* B2B and B2C experience
* You will be comfortable working in a company that is undergoing significant change and you are excited to navigate and build new processes to drive performance
