Team Overview
* Work closely with the Melbourne Enabling and Leadership Team, VPs, and the PA team.
* Deliver excellent client and stakeholder services.
* Serve as the primary contact for staff and visitors at Capgemini's busiest Australian office.
Role and Responsibilities
* Oversee front office and reception areas, manage telephone operations.
* Greet visitors, assist with sign-in via visitor management systems, and pre-register visitors.
* Manage office supplies, security passes, couriers, mail, and packages.
* Coordinate with IT for laptops for new joiners and leavers.
* Manage office stock, catering, event setups, and meeting rooms.
* Monitor reception inboxes and handle administrative tasks and inquiries.
* Maintain safety, security, and confidentiality protocols.
* Assist with employee induction, on-site vendor management, and emergency procedures (First Aid Officer, Fire Warden).
* Support audit preparations and other project work as needed.
Candidate Capabilities and Experience
* Experience in similar roles with strong MS Office skills.
* Highly organized, autonomous, with excellent communication skills.
