The Opportunity:
As a leader in the global building products industry, you will represent Stegbar Windows and manage the overall strategy of the Victorian Business Unit.
This role involves managing four locations, including one large operational manufacturing plant and three showrooms, with over 130 employees across the businesses. You will develop, implement, and control business strategies and activities to achieve targets related to people, safety, customers, and performance.
Main Responsibilities:
* Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement the business unit's strategic sales plan, enhancing Stegbar Windows through a values-based consultative sales performance culture.
* Business Development: Continuously improve the business in line with our and the group's strategic plan, promoting and leveraging opportunities.
* Operational Excellence: Manage the business units to ensure effective and efficient operations, driving improved productivity and return on investment.
* Leadership: Develop, implement, and execute the strategy to deliver business, people, and performance targets through business unit leadership teams.
* People, Culture, and Engagement: Build and execute engagement strategies to make Stegbar Windows a desirable place to work, contributing to our premier performing culture.
* Customer Service: Strengthen customer loyalty and increase sales volumes by providing a quality customer experience and superior product performance.
* Systems and Controls: Safeguard the company's financial and physical assets in compliance with our group policies and procedures.
* Personal Development: Continue to grow and develop as a leader through our Leadership model.
