Service Advisor
CJD's Launceston Branch is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. If you enjoy administrative tasks, working in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for BIG trucks or CE (Kenworth & DAF), this role might be perfect for you.
We are looking for an individual who can support the service department by processing manufacturer's warranty claims, arranging bookings, and managing service contracts. This dynamic and fast-paced role would suit someone looking to transition from workshop roles (mechanic) to a less physically demanding position, or those with experience in the automotive industry.
This position includes:
* Processing workshop labor and costs into a CRM system.
* Arranging and coordinating customer bookings and service invoices.
* Maintaining contracts and daily work schedules.
* Assisting with parts ordering for service jobs.
* Ensuring all documents and records are completed and processed promptly.
* Adhering to all HSE procedures.
* Working well within a team, maintaining a positive attitude, and a can-do mindset.
Requirements for Success:
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry or similar.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Attention to detail and multitasking ability.
* A valid driver's license.
* Professional personal presentation.
