About the Role
This role requires a proactive, hands-on approach to lead by example, motivate, and organize staff effectively.
Responsibilities
* Operate our console (Point-of-Sale system)
* Provide top-notch customer service
* Manage store administration, including daily reports, cash handling, balancing, banking, and reconciliation
* Monitor fuel levels, dips, and meter readings
* Conduct regular stocktakes
* Train and mentor employees
* Ensure all store operations run smoothly and efficiently
* Liaise with suppliers and our Corporate Services Team
* Drive profitability and minimize costs, expenses, and waste
* Assist in organizing employee rosters
