The Corporate Services team plays a critical role in enabling this work by ensuring strong governance, safe workplaces, and efficient operational support systems.
Job Description
They are seeking a highly organised and proactive Corporate Services Officer to support the smooth day-to-day operation of workplace services, facilities, and asset coordination across the directorate. This is a hands‐on operational role focused on ensuring staff have the tools, equipment, and workplace environment they need to deliver critical infrastructure programs for the ACT community. You will be part of a collaborative Corporate Services team supporting office operations, onboarding coordination, asset management, and general facilities support functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate workplace and facilities operations including meeting room set‐up, consumables, and office supplies
* Manage ordering and stock control of stationery, PPE, and equipment
* Support ICT and corporate asset lifecycle tracking and management
* Issue security access passes and coordinate onboarding equipment for new starters
* Assist with coordination of minor maintenance requests and facilities issues
* Support records management processes using corporate systems (e.g. Objective)
* Provide general administrative and operational support across Corporate Services

* Experience in facilities coordination, asset management, or workplace support (desirable)
* Familiarity with records management systems such as Objective (desirable)
* A valid driver's licence (desirable)
