Labourpower Recruitment is seeking a skilled and reliable Yardman to join a leading Australian steel and building products manufacturer at their Huntingwood yard.
Immediate start available for the right candidate (subject to a VOC check onsite before commencing).
Role Details
Hours: Monday to Friday, 4 am-12 pm
Pay: $33.37 per hour
Location: Huntingwood, NSW
Key Duties
- Operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport steel building materials
- Assist with general yard operations including stock handling, stacking, and material movement
- Manual cutting and preparation of steel products
- Maintain yard and warehouse organisation
- Uphold workplace health & safety standards at all times
Requirements
- Valid Forklift Licence – mandatory
- Competent in operating Counterbalance and Combilift (side-load) forklifts
- Hubtex forklift experience preferred
- Previous experience in a warehouse, steel, or yard environment
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour
- Full Australian working rights (citizen, permanent resident, or valid visa)
- Reliable transport to Huntingwood
- Punctual, safety-focused, and dependable
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to complete and pass a VOC check onsite before starting
- Only applicants with proven forklift experience will be considered
