**Property Officer.**

**Your duties will include**:
- Delivering exceptional customer service;
- Conducting open home inspections as required;
- Assisting with the preparation of tenancy agreements;
- Negotiating lease renewals;
- Liaising with a range of stakeholders, including tenants, landlords etc;
- Handling prospective tenant enquiries;
- Conducting routine and ingoing inspections;
- Consulting with owners to help them maximise leasing potential;
- Diary management; and
- General administration.
**To succeed in this role you'll have...**
- Exceptional customer service skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- High levels of professionalism;
- Previous property management experience is advantageous, but not essential;
- Previous client relationship or account management experience;
- A real estate licence, or certificate of registration (or be willing to obtain one ASAP);
- The ability to manage and prioritise your time;
- Intermediate computer and digital literacy on a range of PM software platforms;
- A valid drivers licence; and
- A reliable motor vehicle.
