Lucia Joinery & Design is a joinery / cabinetry business specialising in high-quality kitchens, bathrooms, and bespoke joinery across North East Victoria. We pride ourselves on exceptional workmanship and attention to detail. We are looking for a 4th year apprentice or fully qualified Cabinet Maker to join our team. The role involves all aspects of cabinet making, including workshop manufacturing and onsite installation.
Responsibilities include:
* Manufacture and assemble cabinetry from detailed plans and drawings
* Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools with precision
* Perform exceptional onsite installation
* Maintain high-quality standards on all projects, diplomatic problem-solving
* Work independently and as part of a team
* Ensure a safe and clean work environment
Requirements:
* Trade qualification in Cabinet Making / Joinery (Certificate III)
* Experience in cabinet making and installation
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Current driver's licence and own transport
* White Card (required)
* Strong work ethic, reliability, and pride in workmanship.
