Main Responsibilities
* Works within the scope of an Enrolled Nurse under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).
* Utilizes best practice clinical standards as a framework to provide optimal patient care.
* Obtains support and advice regarding performance expectations, client management, and policy application from the RN as required.
* Acts as an effective member of the multidisciplinary team.
* Delivers care and administers medication within the role boundaries and legal limitations of Enrolled Nurse practice.
* Follows defined service quality standards and Workplace Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure high-quality services.
* Fosters a positive workplace culture through role modeling appropriate behavior.
* Ability to work shift hours and be redeployed to other clinical areas to meet clinical needs.
