This is a pivotal role that will directly contribute to the success and development of our operations. We are a small but ambitious team of three professionals, and we're seeking a dynamic leader who can bring both industry expertise and strong management capabilities to the table.

Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership & Team Management: Mentor and lead a small team to achieve operational goals and foster a positive, collaborative environment.
* Branch Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
* Strategic Growth & Business Development: Drive growth through business development, identifying new opportunities within the water industry.
* Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
* Budgeting & Financial Oversight: Manage branch budgets and ensure financial targets are achieved.
* Compliance & Safety: Ensure full compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and internal policies.
* Reporting & Forecasting: Provide senior management with regular updates on performance, opportunities, and key challenges.

What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role (ideally in the water industry or related field)
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Solid understanding of water infrastructure products, services, and regulations
* Commercial acumen and experience with budgeting and business development
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Effective problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
* Adaptability in a fast-paced and evolving environment
