OverviewMerchandise Manager for ALM Central Region is responsible for leading operational management of suppliers, product ranging and replenishment of inventory across the ALM South Australia and Northern Territory Business.
This role ensures stock levels are optimized to meet budget targets, minimize aged inventory, and support customer demand through effective planning and supplier collaboration.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for leading two Stock Control Assistants, providing solid leadership, development opportunities, and ongoing guidance to support team performance and growth.
