About the Position

Key Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload with support from Rehabilitation Assistants
* Apply clinical expertise to improve return-to-work outcomes
* Collaborate with employers and employees on injury prevention and workplace education programs
* Work with stakeholders including injured workers, medical professionals, insurers, and employers across various compensation schemes
* Support clients in achieving recovery and sustainable return-to-work outcomes
* Conduct assessments including initial, workplace, and vocational assessments
* Identify suitable employment options based on clinical findings and individual capabilities
You will also have the opportunity to contribute to innovative rehabilitation programs that incorporate modern pain science and emerging approaches to recovery, working closely with clients and their broader care teams.
About You
* Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology
* Full registration with AHPRA (Physiotherapist) or accreditation with ESSA (Exercise Physiologist)
* Previous experience in occupational rehabilitation (desirable but not essential)
* Strong communication and time management skills
* A compassionate, empathetic, and client-focused approach
* Valid driver's license and access to a fully insured vehicle
