The Role:
Thirdera – A Cognizant Company is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with specialization in ServiceNow to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Business Analysis and Planning as well as hands-on experience with ServiceNow. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to drive business solutions and improvements ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
In this role, you can expect to:
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Create detailed functional specifications and process flow diagrams.
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure solutions are implemented as per requirements.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct user training sessions and create user manuals for new systems or processes.
- Analyze and document current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Execute root cause analysis during problematic situations to detect corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop business case scenarios that meet the real customers' needs within the scope, time, and financial frameworks.
- Recommend solutions that satisfy the business needs based on experience and the knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities.
- Assess the risks of various solutions and effectively communicate every scenario to the customer.
- Closely work with the QA team in understanding all possible test case scenarios.
- Perform high-level analysis to determine the feasibility and cost-benefit of a requested product solution and produce required documentation.
- Identify complex problems and review related information to develop solutions.
To apply for this role, your soft skills, expertise, and experience should include:
- Prior experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience in end-to-end implementation of 2 or more ServiceNow modules.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using business analysis tools and techniques.
- Experience in project management and agile methodologies.
