Assistant Store Manager Role

This role oversees and supervises daily store operations, supporting and developing the team to provide outstanding customer service.

The ideal candidate has previous supervisory experience or is ready for that next step. They demonstrate previous retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and workshop operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lifting, bending, climbing, and safe driving.
* Managing operations to achieve success.
* Leading the team and working closely with the Store Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Previous supervisory experience.
* Previous retail or trade experience.
* Sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations experience.
* Mechanical/automotive parts knowledge.
* Flexible availability.
* A valid driver's license.
